Diamond Ridge Market, HOA Update
March 5th, 2022: the 17th Annual Diamond Ridge/Country Club Manor Neighborhood Garage Sales will be May 20th-21st, 2022.  Go to the tab that says SIGN UP DIAMOND RIDGE to sign up.  Be sure to include your address, days/times for your sale and items that you are selling.  Sponsor will share maps/flyers at all sales that sign up, set out some signs directing people into the neighborhoods, and place ads in the paper and on social media.  Sponsored by Tami Greenslade, Realtor, Property Brokers of MN, 507-272-3950.

Association UPDATE:
 2019 update: Diamond Ridge HOA has been dissolved.  No more $10 annual fees for some residents in Diamond Ridge.  This is great news. 
Sept, 2018: The ponds were sold back to the city, but the association still exists as the builder needs more signatures to end the association and fee.  If you are selling, you should disclose that there is a Diamond Ridge Association for detention pond maintenance and that the $10/year fee may or may not be collected by Dewitz Builders. (This way they watch out for mail or bills from the association)
August 23rd, 2018: only 56 homes stopped to sign, so Julie needs more signatures.

August 16th, 2018 (2pm-7pm): stop by the Harriet Bishop cafeteria to sign to dissolve the Diamond Ridge Association.
Diamond Ridge Home Owner’s Association UPDATE 4/24/18
Update regarding the $10 fee for detention ponds maintenance for homes built after Sept 1999 and subdivisions 15-18:
1. Yearly fee will NOT be going up to $35. Builder is working on selling back to the city in the near future.
2. Once the outstanding balances are paid, the Diamond Ridge Corporation/Association will be dissolved.
3. A copy of the association declaration from 1999 is available upon request.
4. We apologize for the confusion with this yearly fee & association. Sellers should have disclosed this association fee on Seller’s Property Disclosure and the title work should have disclosed this fee as well. DeWitz Builders was only responsible for billing properties yearly.
5. Association will waive all late fees, so please submit payments asap to Diamond Ridge HOA, 604 11th Ave NW, #300, Rochester, MN 55901. Thank you. Questions contact: Julie@dewitz.com, 507-282-4624.
